Surface Temperature Sensors
Model : R060 Series
Features
R060 is a surface temperature measurement sensor using platinum resistant element for detecting element. It gives minimum heat disturbance to measuring object surface.
• General purpose type
A platinum resistant element is completely molded with silicone rubber and put in the brass case.
• Flexible type
A platinum resistant element is molded with silicone rubber, so it has excellent performance on flexibility.
• High temperature measurement type
A platinum resistant element is enclosed by brass case, and alumina porcelain is used for lead wire
fixtures to provide heat-resistant structure.
• Small reinforced type
A platinum resistant element is embedded in copper disc with good thermal conductivity and has excellent mechanical strength.
Non-Contact Type Roller Surface Thermocouples
Model : C015 Series
Features
• Non-contact type thermocouple for surface temperature measurement, which has a built-in circuit for compensate difference between surrounding air temperature and actual temperature of an object automatically.
• Capable of measuring surface temperature of rotating roller, moving conveyor belt, and plastic sheet etc.
• Measures temperature range from standard ambient temperature to 250 ํC or 500 ํC by fixed measuring distance (1 to 2mm) without any contact.
• For temperature changes of surface temperature to be measured and measuring surrounding, measurement is performed by compensating measuring temperature automatically.
• Stable measurement is feasible by using stabilizing filter that provides resistance to disturbance.
• Detecting element is K thermocouple, so no need of changing receiving unit to specialized unit.
Solidpak Thermocouples
Model : NC Series
Features
Solidpak thermocouples are Ø10 to 22mm large diameter protective tube with the high performance thermocouples that feature high sensitivity, and robustness required in a general industrial sensor.
• Gap between the protective tube and the thermocouple wire is densely filled with magnesium oxide.
• The thick protective tube provides durability in long-term continuous operation in high temperature,
unfavorable environment.
• The air tight protective tube provides excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance and long life.
• Sensitivity and response are 6 to 10 times that of ordinary thermocouples.
• The Solid-pak structure resists vibration and mechanical shock. Since it can be bent, an L-type
thermocouple without an elbow is available.
• The terminal head assures easy connection to extension wires.
• A double-element thermocouple is also available.
Sheathed Thermocouples
Model : SC Series
Features
Sheathed thermocouple is a temperature sensor that a thermocouple element is inserted into a metal protective tube (sheath) filled with inorganic insulating powders (highly pure magnesium oxide) and hermetically sealed.
• The sensor has excellent performance on insulation, air tightness , vibration resistance and durability for
long-term continuous use even at high temperature and under various adverse environments.
• Very high sensitivity and little time delay.
• Employable under hot, high-pressure, corrosive gas atmosphere, and other unfavorable conditions.
• Freely bendable and mountable at a frequent curved position.
• These sensors can detect temperature of a small measuring substance at a narrow place.
Sheathed Resistance Thermometers
Model : NR Series
Features
Sheathed resistance thermometer is sealed and filled with a powder of inorganic insulator
(highly pure magnesium oxide) inside metal protective tube (sheath) with a platinum resistance element.
It is excellent in insulation, sealing, and vibration resistance.
• The protective tube has excellent corrosion resistance due to the elimination of the internal air layer.
• Provides high sensitivity and excellent response corresponding to 2-3 times that of ordinary
resistance thermometer.
• The sensor is resistant to vibrations and mechanical shock.
• The Z-type terminal head with a hatch structure ensures easy cable connections.
Industrial Temperature Sensor
Features
These sensors are for temperature measurements at industrial on sites. Available in two types :
thermocouples and resistance thermometers. Each sensor consists of a terminal head, a protective tube, mounting fixture, an element, and an insulation tube.
• Various types of sensors available so broad temperature range measurements from low temperature
range (-200 ํC) to high temperature range (over 1600 ํC) is possible.
