เป็นการติดตั้งระบบสำหรับตรวจติดตามผลการตรวจวัดมลพิษทางอากาศ การเก็บบันทึกข้อมูล และการรายงานผลการตรวจวัด ในพารามิเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องต่างๆ ได้แก่ ก๊าซซัลเฟอร์ไดออกไซด์ (SO2), ก๊าซออกไซด์ของไนโตรเจน (NOx as NO2), ก๊าซคาร์บอนมอนอกไซด์ (CO), ก๊าซออกซิเจน (O2) และค่าความทึบแสง (Opacity) โดยมีแหล่งกำเนิดที่ต้องดำเนินการตรวจสอบค่าการระบายมลพิษจากปล่องระบายอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้การกำกับดูแลและควบคุมให้มีการปลดปล่อยมลพิษทางอากาศเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ตามประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เรื่อง กำหนดให้โรงงานประเภทต่างๆต้องติดตั้งเครื่องมือหรือเครื่องอุปกรณ์พิเศษเพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพอากาศจากปล่องแบบอัตโนมัติ พ.ศ. 2544 และ ประกาศกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เรื่อง การส่งข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบตรวจสอบคุณภาพอากาศจากปล่องแบบอัตโนมัติอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Emission Monitoring System : CEMS) พ.ศ. 2550 กำหนดให้การประกอบกิจการบางประเภท ต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งเครื่องมือหรือเครื่องอุปกรณ์พิเศษฯ สำหรับตรวจสอบคุณภาพอากาศจากปล่องแบบอัตโนมัติ  (อ่านต่อ >>)

Easy to maintain and simple to operate

Exhust gas from boilers, industrial furnaces and other large combustion devices consists of NOx, SO2, CO, CO2, O2 and others.
To minimize air pollution from toxic gases such as dioxis generated by incomplete combustion, and to optimize desulfurization and denitration efficiencies of boilers,such gases must be monitored continuously.
NSA-3080A ensures operation stability and easy maintenance which is critical for continuous monitoring.It's multi-component gas detector features the latest switch-type ratio measurement technology from Shimadzu, making it a reliable, multifunctional and cost-effective monitoring system.

1. Stable and Continuous of multiple components

Shimadzu's proprietary switch-type ratio technology is used to determine NOx, SO2, CO, CO2. It can auto - correct changes in intensity of light source and sensitivity of detectors, therefore guarantees a very high stability of zero point and span

2. Self-Check Function

It enables real-time monitoring of internal status of sampling units and detectors. In the event of anomalies, errors messages and alarm are triggred and displayed. Historical alarm messages can be either stored in the analyzer or saved to the USB memory.

3. USB Port Available

Measurement values (up to one-year data at a 10-second measuring cycle), measurement conditions and caliration records can be saved to a USB memory.
